Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept insurance?

• Yes. Frances is paneled with the following insurance companies in Tennessee: Aetna, Cigna, Oscar Health, Oxford, and UnitedHealthcare  
• If you do not have any of the insurances listed above, you may have Out of Network (OON) insurance benefits. If you do, then a receipt of services can be provided for you to give to your insurance company and you may be reimbursed for a portion of the sessions.
• Biblical counseling is not covered under any health insurance plans.

Do you offer a sliding scale or a cheaper option to receive services?

• Yes, there are a limited number of slots. For online psychotherapy, our clients must apply via the Open Path Collective.
• There are also a limited number of slots for biblical counseling but please reach out to us and let us know your needs. You can schedule a free consultation or email us at hello@TheRestorativeJourney.com 

Anything else I should know?

• Clients are responsible for paying at the time of session unless prior arrangements have been made. Payments can be made via credit/debit card or bank payment processing and a credit/debit card must be kept on file.
